 Biography
 Jolene Eicher has worked for Commonwealth Ear, Nose and Throat since 1982. Jolene has had the privilege of watching the practice grow to from two physicians, thirteen employees and one office to seven physicians, fifty employees and six office locations. Jolene is actively involved in the national Association of Otolaryngology Administrators (AOA) and has served as President on Executive Committee and more recently legislative liaison. Her involvement with local groups includes the Louisville Chapter of the Kentucky Medical Groups Management Association where she has served as President and the Managed Care Committee for the Greater Louisville Medical Society.
