 Biography
 Jolene Eicher has worked for Commonwealth Ear, Nose and Throat since 1982. Jolene has had the privilege of helping the practice grow from 2 physicians, 13 employees and 1 office to 7 physicians, 55 employees and 5 office locations. Jolene is actively involved in the national Association of Otolaryngology Administrators (AOA) and has served as President and more recently Executive Advocate. Her involvement with local groups includes the Louisville Chapter of the Kentucky Medical Groups Management Association where she has served as President and the Managed Care Committee for the Greater Louisville Medical Society.
