Biography
 Dr. Andrew Gould - is approaching his eighth year of practice at Commonwealth ENT. After completing his five-year residency at the University of Louisville he married a Louisville native who just happened to be a nurse. It was an easy decision to stay right here in Louisville and start a family. Julie and Andy Gould have a five-year-old biological daughter as well as a one-year-old adopted daughter from China and a six-month-old daughter adopted locally. Having three girls is truly a joy for Julie and Andy Gould. When Dr. Gould has time he is an avid runner and cyclist, enjoying competing in triathlons and marathons.
Dr. Gould practices all aspects of ear, nose and throat surgery but has a special interest in how allergy impacts many ear, nose and throat problems. He has additional training in allergy and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy. Louisville is consistently ranked as one of the worst allergy cities in America but we bet you already know that. It is vital to consider this when treating patients locally.
Dr. Gould has an active adult practice ranging from sinus disease to head and neck surgery. However, he has a special place in his heart for children. His experience encompasses hundreds of pediatric procedures including middle ear and sinus surgery. He is always looking for innovative ways to reduce pain and improve the postoperative recovery of kids. Having young children makes Dr. Gould aware of how a child's illness can have a huge impact on the whole family.
